1- Can I monitor my consumption on real time basis?
Ans. Yes. Breezecom will create your user in order to access the transaction log. You will be able to view your consumption (updated every half hour) and payments made by you in a very user friendly interface.
2- How frequent would I get the formal invoices?
Ans. All the prepay customers are sent weekly formal invoices via email at the designated email addresses.
3- What will happen if I found the discrepancy in stats between our and Breezecom’s records?
Ans. Breezecom always ensures the accuracy of minutes billed and rate applied by using sophisticated hardware and switching platforms. However, if you find any discrepancy between the records, you can raise a formal dispute to your account manager as per stipulated clause in the contract. Our billing and technical team will investigate with you and settle your claim accordingly.
4- In which time zone will we get billed?
Ans Our standard billing time zone is GMT.
5- How can I make payment to Breezecom?
Ans. You can make payment to us via following methods
a. Bank transfers / TT in our bank accounts in UAE
b. Western Union
c. Paypal
d. Moneybookers
6- What do I need to do after making the payment?
Ans. After making the payment, you will be required to email the payment details to
payments@breezecom.biz and your relevant account manager. The payment details should contain TT / Swift reference number in case of bank transfer, complete MTCN in case of western union and sender’s paypal / moneybookers ID as the case maybe. Our finance team will add the amount received in your account after matching the details provided with its records.
7- How long does it take to update the payment in my account?
Ans. It depends on the mode through which you send the payment. Normally, the amount is added in your account in 2 business days if you send via Bank transfers / TT and within 24 hours in case of Western Union, Paypal & moneybookers.
8- Will I receive my complete statement of account on periodic basis?
Ans.No. We promptly send invoices and provide real time transaction log to all our customers. However, if you still require the statement of account then you can request the same to your designated account manager.
